I have seen a lot in
my time but this one takes the cake...I saw a local guy walk his pet Otter on
the beach as the sun was setting. The Otter was clinging so close to his master
and then a big wave came and swept up the otter. The owner just pick up the
otter shook him off and put him back down on the sand. The Otter was chattering
away at his owner! Jim and I were gobsmacked.
